In today's society , there is no doubt that martial arts training is on the rise and that people are becoming more interested
in learning self-defense. Along with self defense, many have turned to the martial arts for exercise, self displines
and mental health.
The Maimi Valley Marital Arts Center is a family oriented studio. We currently cater to over 20 students ranging
from 4 years old to 70 years old. We have men, women and children working together, striving to maintain traditional values
of respect, discipline, self control, self-improvement, etiquette and live a healthy and harmonious life, physically,
spiritually and mentally.
